Avion

3.4 / 5

A plane crash game built for speed. Lambda Gaming's Supersonic Engine cuts the wait between rounds so they come up to 5x faster than standard crash. The catch: RTP is set by each casino, and faster rounds mean you lose your money faster too.

What is Avion?

Avion is a plane crash game from Lambda Gaming, a studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The idea is the one Aviator made famous. A plane takes off, the multiplier climbs with it, and you cash out before it disappears over the horizon. If the plane goes before you cash out, you lose your stake.

What Lambda sells Avion on is speed. In 2026 the game moved to what the studio calls its Supersonic Engine, which removes most of the idle time between rounds. Lambda says rounds come up to 5x faster than before, and markets the current version as Avion Supersonic.

How to Play Avion

  1. Set your stake. Bets run from 0.10 to 100 in the demo’s currency. Your casino may set different limits.
  2. Place one or two bets. Avion lets you run two bets in the same round, so you can cash one out early and let the other ride.
  3. Watch the multiplier climb as the plane takes off.
  4. Cash out before the plane flies off. Your stake is multiplied by the multiplier at that moment.

Auto bet repeats your stake every round, and auto cash-out takes you out at a multiplier you set in advance. Both are useful at Avion’s pace, where there’s less time to react between rounds.

The Supersonic Engine

Lambda’s own figures for the faster version are worth reading from the player’s side. The studio reports 225% more bets per session, 310% more daily bet volume and an average of 65 or more rounds per session.

Those numbers are pitched at casinos as revenue, and that’s exactly what they are. Speed doesn’t change the odds of a single round. It changes how many rounds you play. With the house edge applied to every bet, playing five rounds in the time you used to play one means losing roughly five times as much per hour on average. If you play Avion, set a cash budget and a time limit before you start, and use auto cash-out rather than chasing rounds by hand.

RTP and House Edge

Lambda lists Avion’s RTP as configurable. Each casino picks the figure, and Lambda doesn’t publish the range it allows. Most crash games run at 97%, a 3% house edge, but a configurable game can be set lower, so don’t assume Avion matches.

Before you play for money, open the game’s rules or info panel at your casino and check the RTP shown there. If a casino won’t show it, play something else.

Is Avion Provably Fair?

Lambda doesn’t describe a provably fair system for Avion, and we couldn’t find a licence or testing-lab certificate for the game on its site. That doesn’t mean the results are unfair, but you can’t verify them the way you can with Aviator or JetX. We’ll update this review if Lambda publishes those details.

Maximum Win

Lambda’s game page lists a maximum win of 50,000 GEL (Georgian lari), with bets from 0.10 to 100. That’s a modest ceiling for the genre. Casinos can set their own limits, so check the rules panel for the figures at yours.

Editions

Avion comes in several themed versions that casinos can choose from: Classic, Football, Valentine’s, New Year, Greece and one called 25x Guaranteed. The Football Edition, released for the 2026 World Cup, shows live match cards in the game with fixtures, real-time scores, goal alerts and full-time results. The other editions are mainly visual. Lambda doesn’t explain what 25x Guaranteed changes, so check that edition’s rules before playing it.

Verdict

Avion plays like Aviator with the waiting removed. If the gap between rounds is what bores you about crash games, it delivers that, along with two bets, auto cash-out and a light download. But the things players should care about most are missing or unclear. The RTP is set by each casino, there’s no published provably fair system, and the speed that makes the game feel fresh also means you lose money faster. Check the RTP at your casino before playing, and treat the pace as a reason to set tighter limits, not a reason to play more.
