What is Rocketon?

Rocketon is Galaxsys’s original crash game, released in 2020 — two years before Crasher. It introduced the half cash-out mechanic that Galaxsys would refine and carry into their later titles, and it remains available at casinos operating the Galaxsys catalogue.

The format is standard: a rocket ascends, the multiplier climbs, cash out before the crash. The distinctive Galaxsys features — half cash-out, dual betting, provably fair — are all present.

The key comparison is always Crasher. Both games are from the same developer, both use the same mechanics. The difference is RTP: Rocketon at 96.72% versus Crasher’s 98%. That’s a 1.28 percentage point gap — meaningful over volume.

How to Play Rocketon

  1. Place up to two bets before each round using the dual betting system.
  2. Watch the rocket ascend as the multiplier climbs.
  3. Cash out in full, or use the half cash-out to lock in 50% of your stake at the current multiplier while the other 50% continues.
  4. Set auto cashout targets per bet position.
  5. If the rocket crashes before cashout, the active stake is lost.

Half Cash-Out

The same mechanic available in Crasher and Pilot: withdraw exactly half your active stake at the current multiplier, leaving the remainder in play. At 5x on a €20 bet, a half cash-out returns €50 and leaves €10 riding.

Crasher is the better mathematical choice in every measurable dimension. Rocketon is relevant where Crasher isn’t offered — some casinos carry one but not both.

Availability

Available at Galaxsys-licensed casinos. Where both Rocketon and Crasher are offered, Crasher is the superior option. Rocketon’s availability is gradually being superseded by its newer sibling, but it remains widely distributed.

Verdict

Rocketon is the older, lower-RTP version of Crasher. It introduced the mechanics Galaxsys now deploys across their portfolio, and it works well. The honest recommendation: if your casino offers Crasher, play that. If it offers only Rocketon, you’re still getting a provably fair game with half cash-out and dual betting — just at a less favourable house edge.
